Room and breakfast terms for en suite rooms
- Single room from £44.00 per night
- Single occupancy of a larger double/twin room from £50.00 per night
- Double/twin occupancy from £65.00 per night
- Family rooms are also available – please ask for a quote

Guaranteed Reservations
Bookings are guaranteed with a credit/debit card, thereby assuring a guest that we will hold the accommodation for the agreed duration and will not release it in the event of late arrival. The guarantee details are kept safely, and shredded on settlement of the account.

Cancellations
A reservation may be cancelled or altered without penalty up to 12 noon on the day prior to arrival. Please note that if an expected guest fails to arrive, or cancels with less than the above notice, we can legally charge one night’s accommodation to the card if we are unable to re-let the room.

Minimum stay
On Sunday to Thursday nights we reserve the right occasionally to offer accommodation on the basis of a minimum stay of four nights (minimum three nights during a Bank Holiday week). We will refund the fourth night charge if we are able to re-sell the room.

Parking
Off-street parking for eight cars is available, either on the front paved area or on the drive. Please park considerately and advise us if you block anyone’s access/egress.

Arrivals, Departures and Keys
Rooms are ready by 5pm on the day of arrival, but earlier access is available by prior arrangement. On departure rooms should be vacated by 10am, unless otherwise agreed. Guests are expected to take care of the door keys during their stay, reimbursing any loss - which may involve the cost of changing locks as well as replacing keys.

Payment
Accounts should be settled prior to the morning of departure, please. In settlement of an account we accept cash, cheque supported with a bank guarantee card, and major credit/debit cards. If you prefer to settle with a credit card, kindly note there is a 3% supplement to cover the merchant charges the banks make to us for this facility. No supplement is made for debit cards.
