Directions
Amberley Guest House is easy to find, just off the main A38 Gloucester Road in north
Bristol and in a quiet residential area.
From London:
- Exit M4 at junction 19 on to M32, keeping in left hand lane.
- Leave M32 at junction
1, then take 3rd exit on to A4174 ring road
- Follow A4174 ring road for three miles
towards Filton (passing UWE, Hewlett Packard, MoD) and ascending the incline on to
Filton roundabout.
- At Filton roundabout, take the 1st exit (sign-posted Horfield)
on to A38 for 0.5 miles.
- Turn 3rd right into Broncksea Road (just before Texaco
filling station).
From Wales:
- Leave the M4 motorway at junction 20 and take the M5 south towards junction 16
(A38 Filton, Bristol). Then, as below.
From north or south west:
- Leave M5 at junction 16 and take the A38 dual carriageway towards Filton for three
miles (passing Rolls Royce, Royal Mail, Filton airfield and ascending the incline
on to Filton roundabout.
- At Filton roundabout, take the 2nd exit and continue along
the A38 for 0.5 miles.
- Turn 3rd right into Broncksea Road (just before Texaco filling
station).
Amberley Guest House is at the lower end of Broncksea Road, on the left hand side.
Please park on the front paved area or on the drive.
By rail:
Just two miles away, Bristol Parkway is on the main network to London Paddington,
Wales, the north and south of England.
By air:
Bristol International Airport is 13 miles to the south.
